Banking statement not up to date

Nedbank deserve no star at all. I am definately retruning to my old bank ( Stndard Bank). I recently moved from Standard Bank to Nedbank, Std bank app provides customers with convenience, i can download statements for any day and set/ choose my own cut off day.

today its the 1st October, i am trying to download a three months banking statement from Nedbank app, it has July and August only. i can get September, i contact "heyned" the online ***** that tell me *******. i ended up calling, the lady on the phone tells me that i must go to an ATM where i will be ****ing charged, and mind you i work in a remote area away from civilisation. then she tells me that the statement she can send me wont have letter head and my address. Sy ma se!!!!!!! i need my 3 months statement ASAP but Nedbank cant help me. julle moer i am leaving this bank
