Banking Injustice

I have a personal loan account with Nedbank, which is debited weekly from my ABSA account, and since the beginning of December 2019, Nedbank has performed double debits on two occasions, with additional weekly debits from the 19th of December 2019, and after numerous phone calls to the personal loan department, having confirmed to me, that only two double debits was supposed to go off from my ABSA account, i am still being debited to date. I have communicated this situation with a number of Nedbank consultants, who have apologised for what they call a system error, and have promised to reverse the debits that was not supposed to have gone off from my account, and to date, that have proven false. I have kept my loan agreement with Nedbank, and i am not in arrears or in default of such agreement, and i believe the onus is on Nedbank, to uphold its part, to such an agreement.
