Banking Apps are meant to make life simpler

Nedbank has an app feature Mobi money, the mobi money has been giving me problems for awhile via the app. Which really affects me, I suffer from mental health issues and prefer using the app to withdraw vrs the card. Just for personal reasons. So I can't send myself money without it going into this mobi account. I requested it to be closed, it disappeared from my app but was still taking money from me. I keep calling the call center the best I get told is it has been logged. Banking apps are ment to improve banking experience. Not make its users feel more unsure and worried about it usability. The past 2 weeks the app has been down at one point for a whole day. Maybe it's time to change banks.
