Banker Private Bundle Young Professionals Account

I recently opened a Young Professionals Private Bundle account. Was excited to have my own banker. To my disappointment, when I wanted to meet the banker for the first time, they did not pitch for our meeting. The banker did not even have the decency to let me know they won't make our meeting. Not worth changing to Nedbank.
