Bank with no card

Nedbank was amazing in granting us a homeloan. Better terms, best interest rate and service compared to Absa and Standard Bank. I had to move my accounts to take a better interest rate and get 50% off my bobd registration fee. 2 months after opening my account I am left running around and calling to get ny card. I have been payibg fees to transfer money to my other account because I am left dessolate with no card. Ordered another one almost two weeks ago and nothibg yet. I am travellingt to portugal on 24th and will not be able to access my money. Who will sort this out? This is utterly rediculous!
