BANK USED MY MONEY TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE'S LOANS

I logged a case at the bank on the 25th Feb '15 but did not get my refunds. I phoned again on the 2nd March '15 and still did not get it. I escalated on the 5th March '15 with the branch manager of Gezina Pretoria and still nothing happened. I went back to the bank on the 9th March '15, still nothing happened. I went to the bank on the 11th March '15 and then I was told that there was a communication problem. On the 12th March '15 I eventually received the refunds. In the meantime some of my accounts could not be paid and I have to make arrangements to now pay shortfalls etc.
