Bank takes money with out consent

After settling my loan with Nedbank 3 months back and receiving a payed up letter and confirming the debit has been stopped, Nedbank keeps debiting my account. I have been promised refund after refund and still have not received any funds but yet they keep debiting my account. Numerous calls and bank visits and seems one employee knows less than the other.
