bank statements per email doesn't happen at ALL.

For over a year now I have been trying to get ALL my bank statements via email. I thought it would be more sufficient than via snail mail. But with Nedbank you have more change to get bank statements than with the normal post. Every month I have to ask the local branch to please send me the latest bank statement of the different accounts we have with Nedbank. Our local branch does keep requesting the responsible department to fix "the problem" but to no avail. How difficult can it be?

STILL WAITING FOR WHATEVER MANAGER to respond. I hope the resolution manager will come back to me soon! Since I am still waiting for the resolution manager to contact me. I don't know if the resolution manager will come up with a solution or what his/her resolution in this matter is... Very quiet on Ned bank's side. And unfortunately not only in this matter....

I get a phone call from a Marilene Petersen. Nobody at the "general number" knows her.... And the number this lady gave is one number short. I listened with my 17 year old son 5 times to hear the correct number, but it stayed a number short. I tell you how difficult can it be...
