Bank Statement Formats

I have a program which was written years ago to keep track of my Nedbank account. The new internet banking has changed the format of the csv download file. Downloaded the file on the 07/09/2020 and gave it to the programmer to convert all my old statements from 1999. Downloaded a new statement on 1/10/2020 and the file name and format have changed again. Now I have to pay the programmer again to change to the new name and format. WHEN WILL YOU GET THIS SORTED OUT
