**** bank, robbing people

Nedbank is taking advantage of people. I have been charged once again an ATM CARD FEE of R140 for a card that was swallowed once again by their faulty **** atm. How is it my fault that ur **** swallowed my card? Why am i being billed for a card that wasnt lost nor damaged? Furthermore why is nedbank Northgate charging me an extra amount of R30 x2 for counter statement when i didnt request a ****en statement to begin with???stop trying to rip people off their hard earned money.
