Bank Response Unacceptable.

On the 1St December 2016 I was attacked at the ATM In Witpoortjie. The bumper me hard against the ATM and knocked me to the ground. I got up but 4 men had taken my card.

Their are no contact numbers or information on the ATM.

I rushed home to get the the the details, and this is where and why I feel if the bank had done their job properly I wouldn't be giving a poor rating as it took me longer to cancel the card under already traumatic circumstances then anything else.

First call the switchboard put me through to someone who didn't greet or bothered to answer but dropped the call.

Second call back the switchboard put me through to someone who answered, told me to hold on then transferred me back to the switchboard, just to be transferred to someone else again who dropped the call again.

Third call I had to request for the switchboard manager to assist me as I was already in a state from what happened just to face the frustration of lack of service from your cancellation department to assist. The manager did assit me to transfer me to someone who actually helped but by that time it was too late. My account had been emptied out. I am not happy with the service or the "investigation" that was done as it feels like it was the quickest way done with the least amount of paper work.

I want someone to open this up and look exactly what was "investigated".

I am disappointed in both the assistance and response from a bank I have been with for years.
