Bank refusing to release funds /account frozen

For the past weeks now netbank flagged my partners bank account as *****ulent activity going on, what's weird is that we had just withdrawn money. It started with the app not working to him being completly shut out of his accoubt with no access to funds. We have been to the bank countless of times with no help, they kept saying it will be fixed in 24 hours till today.

At thia point all we want is his salary which was just deposited into the account then they can close it because its clearly showing they are not reliable because even after showing we didnt partake in any ***** the funds are still withheld by the bank.

Whats more painful is struggling, knowing fully that you have money.
