bank out of stock

Good day went to nedbank on the 11th of this month because my cards chip didn't want to work nor my magnetic strip. So after trying to use my card at a local shop only to find out my card was blocked and that happend 9th of April so I was at work couldn't take of had no money and the banks were closed on Sundays. So monday I went to the bank stood there in a queue waiting for more than a half an hour to be assisted. So finally when it was my turn to be assisted I told them what was the problem. The lady checked and she told me my card doesn't work .but unfortunately don't have any cards on stock to replace my card so the lady said why don't you do internet banking so I said no. So I left . I was very unhappy because that was the only solution that she can think of to help me. And I have to wait until Friday to get my card so now I must drive again to go and get another card plus stand in another queue to be assisted. So now I'm without money and its not my problem if the bank is out of cards keep in mind customer service at least have a board to say that you are out of stock....and now I must pay for another card because they're cards are poor.....
