Bank from Hell

Nedbank's bankapp is the absolute worst. It's so difficult to use and glitches constantly. Everytime I go into the app to check my MFC statements it immediately says session expired. The call center is also an absolute nightmare. I've had issue upon issue with them regarding a personal loan. MFC was a breeze, their service is impeccable so I thought Nedbank must be as amazing. It's not, not even in the same ball park. They messed up debit order dates, posting of statements and then the call center can't help with anything. You have to go into the bank. Total nightmare
