BANK FOR ******* NEDBANK

I was at the branch on Saturday where I had stopped my transaction with rentoza. I had clearly stopped the transaction. However on Monday the money still went out of my account to rentoza. How can we even trust our own bank when they do such unjust things to there own clients. Now rentoza has taken my money and I should wait up to 45 days to get my own cash back. I will be changing banks and never to use nedbank again. My account will be closed. They are a bank that promotes ******* from robbing innocent people out of there hard earned money.
