My late sister was financed by Nedbank which later they opened MFC which all motor finance was transferred too.

we have been tying to get a letter confirming that the car was full paid but MFC is not assisting as with that request, my mother who have the letter of authority has called more than 2 times but no one is assisting .

the car need to be changed to my mother name and when we go to traffic department , they telling us that the car still registered under MFC.

this has became annoying as my other need to use the car.
