Bank error not refunded

Been with the same bank for years never an issue until this month. Nedbank debited money from my account in error for one of their own products. An error which was confirmed both time by the call centre and both times I was promised it would be reversed within 24 hours. Needless to say it is two weeks later and it still hasn't been reversed...
