BANK CLOSED: STILLwaiting for a call as promised!

What do I have to do to get my Greenbacks Cash Card???<br> Please . . . do not refer me to the complaints section on the Nedbank website - it is NOT working!!! Unfortunately, no point in phoning either, due to high call volumes and no solutions!!<br> <br> Despite having a problem walking, I made the effort to go to the Nedbank branch in Queensburgh to enquire about the Greenbacks Cash Card.<br> <br> Have to say, the staff inside the branch were most helpful and directed me to the phone to call the Greenbacks department. I was informed by the person who assisted me on the phone, that due to a high volume of calls, someone would phone me back later on today. (CALL REFERENCE NUMBER: ***8)<br> <br> The bank is now CLOSED, and I am still waiting for the promised call.<br> <br> PLEASE. . . can somebody from the Greenbacks department contact me as soon as possible to finalise my request for the Greenbacks Cash Card.
