Bank Charges me R300 for bounced debit order

Apparently an SMS was sent out advising all clients that my monthly loan debit will be taken off on the 15th of December. How dare Nedbank assume my pay date and have the last of my money taken as bank charges of R300 because the debit bounced? I have since been trying to have this money recuperated, with no result whatsoever. I will post my complaints on Facebook which is quickly responded to and phone calls received. It's after I have been transfered to the people 'responsible' for taking MY money that the problem starts. Twice I've been transfered from department to departement with no help. After eventually getting to a point that I can send a statement there has been no follow up. Complained once again and this time spoke to 5 people ove a spand of 30 minustes to only be told I will need to start the process again. Why must I jump through hoops to get MY money back? Nedbank had no right to debit my account on the 15th of Decemebr whether an SMS was sent or not.
