Bank charges made after 5 months

Nedbank decides to charge customers for services rendered in January only in May without informing the customer. This created a negative balance to the account and extra charges now have to be paid by the customer. This is unfair because as customer we dont keep record of what we did 5 months ago in the bank to be charge only at that time
