Bank charges for pentioners

I have banked with Nedbank (originally PERM) for 50 years and I am disappointed that the group does not have a banking fee structure beneficial to pensioners. I have shopped around and many banks offer better charges/services and all that stops me changing banks is the effort in doing so plus I am of the opinion that Nedbank offers the most secure online banking. For a preferential cost/rate structure, which is not great (for over the counter cash withdrawal , which the elderly prefer from a safety point of view, you are limited to 1), one has to invest at least R10,000. Come on Nedbank give pensioners a low fixed monthly fee with no additional cost. It gives them the opportunity to budget.
