BANK CHARGES EMPTIED MY ACCOUNT...BULLSH9T

I have a credit card with Nedbank form October and it has been hell, the amount to be taken from my account is R120 .The debit order was debited on the wrong date i had to phone to confirm the correct date. Than the account was in arrears because of debit order date I than payed the arears and asked them to make the amount R500 from R120, but still the card is dead...still no funds in the card,,, saterday there was a R200 which dissappered and i was told it went to bank charges...This bank is terrible....worst bank ever...never used the card as there was never funds in...from last year October , how can bank charges be taken when i never used the card, i even forgot the pin,....charges is R7.I tried to withdraw 3 times which is R21 so where is the money from last year, as the account gets debited every month...CAN BANK CHARGES EMPTY YOUR ACCOUNT...
