Bank charges

I have a nedbank keyona bundle account which gives me 8 free transactions. Out of the 8 free transactions I have 4 free withdrawals. For the past 3 months nedbank has been charging me for these withdrawals. In the past 4 months I have been charged over R1000 for withdrawals which where meant to be free. The branch manger took over my issue in January and the issue has still not been resolved. It becomes frustrating that they have been charging me for something which was meant to be free in my package. For the first 2 months after my complaint was lodged the response from nedbank was pathetic. I received zero feedback. I could not withdraw cash during the festive period which was really frustrating.
