bank charge overcharge for small business

I have a small business bank account with Nedbank. The bank charges are quite heavy so once I realised sms banking was a thing for making payments to clients and suppliers it saved me a hell of a lot. It costs R8.35 if I o over internet banking or via the app. Since then, i switched over to sms banking and have saved a hell of a lot on bank charges. During this month I noticed they have been billing me R8.35 per transaction, I have since queried it and they now saying the charges is correct. Now for the past year I havent had a service fee charge, now why would I all of a sudden go back to that. The lack of response is pathetic. I may be a drop in the ocean for you as a business but hey, if the word can spread then why not. I will most definitly be looking for another option. I havent had this issue for past year and all of a sudden they saying I am doing eft's via app. Bull&*^% man!, I know what I'm doing with my money. Your system is faulty. Sort your mess out I have been a Nedbank client for years and have all my banking with them but this is not on.
