Bank card *****

As a client who was sold benefits of joining Nedbank I am suffering from anxiety right now due to the card ***** done on Nedbank Platimum American Express card. I have received no email update about my case yet I have incurred charges for insufficient funds. It makes nonsense to receive an SMS at 02h55am about suspicious activity on a card I only use to make two online payments and yet the bank still allowed suspicious foreign transactions to go through. I am still waiting for a call about where my money is. You know to block accounts when paying with normal debit card outside the country but you do not block suspicious transactions from overseas. I want feedback and my money back and reimbursed for bank charges on a *****ulent case that was reported the same morning
