Bank card

A month ago there was a ********** deduction on my account. Nedbank blocked my card advising that i will get an sms after two weeks that i can go collect my card from the nearest branch. Haven't received the sms went to the branch was told to wait for the sms . I went again was told i need to come back the following day as they are almost closing and i have to stand on the counter to get my card because they haven't received my card. This is so irritating
