Bank blocked

Can you kindly help me I have been suspended on Nedbank it's been 4 months since I don't have access on my bank I have tried to call several times I don't get any response can you kindly assist me to be able to use my bank again .I have been explaining to them that I got a job and the need to pay me on Nedbank they are refusing to unblock I’m afraid that I’m gonna lose my job since I can’t provide them with my Nedbank details.😡😡Worst bank ever!!!!
