Bank asks CUSTOMER for their Credit Record!

I had a personal loan with Nedbank that fell into arrears when I was retrenched. I made a payment arrangement for a monthly debit order and paid this every month for two years and settled end of last year. By this time I had a judgement against my name. I am now trying to get this removed. I contacted 11 telephone numbers before lodging a formal complaint. I was then contacted by Regan Munnik, Resolution Manager for Nedbank, who asked me for a copy of the ITC report. The one I sent him was from last year and he then came back asking for a more recent one. I suggested he pull a recent ITC report, as I would have to pay for one, and being a banking institution, surely they have better access to credit records. I was told that he would not be able to assist me at all until I sent this ITC report to him. The loan was with Nedbank, they filed the judgement, yet no one can assist with removing this or giving me a rescission letter? It took me two months to get a Paid Up letter after I settled. I was declined a cheque account because of the judgement. I now have a Platinum Cheque account with FNB, but I still want this judgement issue sorted by Nedbank asap.
