BANK ACCOUNT DEBITED FOR ITEMS I DON'T HAVE

I approached a care dealership, AutoWorld in Goodwood, Cape Town to purchase a vehicle from them. They showed me the vehicle as I was looking for a diesel driven vehicle. They did the necessary in terms of getting the loan for me. When I went to collect the vehicle they showed me the vehicle but this time it was a pertol-driven vehicle. The dealership received the money from the bank while having given me a letter that was supposedly send to the bank to cancel the deal. My account was now debited for three consecutive months and I fell in arear with my bond as a result of it. I also called the legal department of Nedbank who confirmed it to be ********** yet Nedbank is debiting my account. I was told to approach hallopeter as I now don't know what to do anymore.
