BANK ACCOUNT DEBITED FOR ITEMS I DON'T HAVE

A Personal loan of R 36796.82. at Auto world in goodwood for a car purchase. I have advised them to cancel the personal loan as they were not able to assist me the owner of auto world refuses to cancel the loan as per him he is not able to cancel it as this is what the bank advised him. <br> <br> At the moment i am paying a loan which i don't even have a car or anything . Auto World owner(Siraaj) had then advised me that he will transfer the full 36796.82 to my personal account of which up to date he hasnot done and refuses to transfer the money , nor does he want to cancel the loan, and i have been paying for the last 5 months the installment. He also has no respect for his clients he also threatens me as a client with his lawyer Mrs Parker i then tried calling the number of his lawyer it comes out then to be a wrong number as i reach Mr mohammed in Boksburg. I even had the police at Auto world and his just never there . Him as a owner cant face his customers cause seems like his been getting away with these type of ****s all the time . I was also advised by the Manager Nathiera that he doesnt have the money where the money has gone to im not sure this have been going on for the pass 6
