bamboozled

The Nedbank Money App used to quite good. In fact of 3 different banking Apps I have used, it is the best one. However it has now become an absolute pain. They are using the thing to do marketing all the time for tings I don't need. Like insurance I have to much of, and the things insured via Nedbank that doesn't help me when I need cover. Avo which I don't need, then the best one, some bull **** marketing on Fathers day. It is my dads funeral in two days. How have banks become so out of touch with what their customers need? But I am somewhere between shocked and amazed at the levels of stubborn stupidity involved.
