BALANCE HANDED OVER

I raised a complaint with you a few years ago regarding unknown transactions which were incorrectly done on my account . From service fee and bank charges that were incorrectly done . This particular issue was handled by a manager that was meant to clear the balance on my account and did not . I have just received communication that the account had been handed over and that should not be the case as the manager advised that the transactions would be reimbursed to my account that would cover the overdraft on the account , it seems that this was not done . Please refer me to the correct department as I need this cleared .
