Bad/Poor Service

Good day, i feel very disappointed with nedbank insurance, after having a policy with them for over 20years i feel let down, a claim was lodged on the 6/03/2023 and to date it has not been finalized, bearing in mind this is a claim of resulting damages from a burst geyser. ST Banda
