Bad useless service

Nedbank can only and will call you and send letters of demand when you owe them money. When you need assistance you get told to wait and wait. Waiting Now four months to assist me sorting out and fixing an issue that could of should of taken a month maximum to fix. An otp does need security checks, however the nonsense SOS namely Vakesh and his team as well as HO Halima not answering and giving you the run around with no concrete answer to resolve this matter. Pathetic service . I can not wait to leave Nedbank after all these years ,
