Bad treatment and service from nedbank

Very bad experience i got from nedbank phumlani mall...got there only to be told they are offline and have been for the past four days mind you i got there with my last 20 rands which means i cant have money for petrol to go home....the consultant tolf me there is nothing he can do and doesnt even know when they goingto be online again......and this is my hard earned money .......horrible experience...dont advice anyone to use this bank.......done with them for good
