Bad treatement

I went to Nedbank Fox Street, to update my money app. As we were busy there was load shedding, the lady who was assisting ask me to come later. I went there at 12.15, and I was told that the lady is on lunch. The lady who was on the floor asked another lady to assist me, she told her that she can't. I was left standing like a fool. I have been with Nedbank for more than 20 years ,I never experienced such a bad service. I am 63 years old to be treated like that. I am so disappointed with that branch. My name is Nerria Mphaki.
