Bad telephone service

we went to Nedbank yesterday 17-05-2022 - Florah at the springs branch took our copies and promised to send everything to Stanford in Brakpan. today I called to find out if this was sent 18-05-2022. Still not. Then i tried calling had to call 5 different numbers and i still did not get to Florah. No one can help or even understand, the girl in springs branch even gives me attitude i mean wow. worst service... Nedbank is wow
