Bad technology!

My branch has 2 ATM"s. I do my business deposits via the machines. But, it seems that they are either offline, updating, being serviced, being emptied most of the time! Yesterday I couldn't do a deposit because none of them were taking deposits! Today, only 1 of them is working.....

Yet other banks, with only 1 ATM seem to get it right to service their customers!

Nedbank, stop parading your so called technology when in fact it seems to be failing!
