Bad Systems

I am really disappointed with the Nedbank systems earlier today which left more frustrated ,I withdraw money via wallet as i had forgot my card which i had to purchase a part for my car to plan for my trip to Nelspruit ,The machine restarted as the money was suppose to come out due to system failure ,I am told i need to wait 5 business days which will now inconvenience my travelling plans , They need really improve their system of update the machines regularly as it is a massive inconvenience for me .
