BAD SERVISE NEDBANK LOAN DERPATMENT

It is concerning they way Nedbank is neglecting their customers , the haven't came back to me since my last complain around January 2021, I wanted to find out how are their calculating their interest as I was owing 8400 in August 2020 and around January I am owing the 97000 how ever I have make arrangement with them but it doesn't make any different , RL Daly Incorporated is busy phoning me , trying to make same arrangement , that I am not happy with I am concern if i will ever finish this account
