BAD SERVICE/********

I requested a settlement and it was paid 2 weeks back

Nedbank debited my account of which there were not suppose to since the account has been settled they even send me a paid up letter , I called in to request the refund but no luck up until this day

I gave them my account on the 25th and was promised to get it within 48hrs but I haven't received it

Nedbank is ******** people their monies, I regret doing business with you

I WANT MY MONEY BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU.
