bad services FICA

I am using an issue with my Account, I tried usinong my card at a retail store and it Declined. Tried withdrawing money the same thing happened. I called the Customer service advised them however I was advised that there was Admistration block. I had asked the lady that was assisting me if its not blocked because of FICA she said no. I went to the branch in Randburg square the gentleman there did advise that it was Fica blocked i should bring my proof of residence. On Saturday 24.11.2018 went to Eastgate branch where they help with the documents however he advised that the suystem has been changed and there was no need for the Proof of residence. He could not unblock my code 08 (FICA BLOCK ) since it was a saturday and they had closed. Was advised that automatically its in que for it to be unblocked by the FICA department. However it is not yet been done and I am still unable to use my account nor card. Can this matter be fixed!!!!!
