Bad services

I am beyond upset. I tried my best to pay off this debt and I shed my whole salary but yet to find out I need to pay more money…I’ve been asking for my balance to update and I’ve been told it will be now Rashieda has no idea what I’m talking about. I’ve sent more then enough proof to say I have settled this account. I’m so disappointed.
