Bad services

Hi... I am unhappy with my nedbank funeral policy,as per our agreement in terms of debit order ,they are not keeping up with it,in fact i do not know when they debit and it seems like every month i have to buy air time to remind them to debit me which ia not fare,i cant pay R172 ,42 and buy air time to call them again

If they cant reschule a fixed date for debit order to go through ,they might as well refund me all the payments i made to them and ill find my self another company that will do good by me ***
