Bad services

I app**** for a home loan through NedBank Online website, I was contacted by Naidoo, R. (Raveshin) <***> And Chetty, K. (Kurneal) <***> They knew i was self employed, I even got a letter from my accountant stating that i was selfemployed and was able to affored a home loan but did not have payslips as i am self-employed and do not get payslips. Then Raveshin Naidoo Said that they will orgainse me business banker from Nedbank to contact me within 1 working day to swap me from my current bank to nedbank inorder for me to get the home loan. SO i was like no problem, to this day i still have not been told anything at all no communication at all. I think this is very bad service from nedbank Homeloans Sales Department in Durban. They are also discriminating against self employed people as even though we can show the banks that we can afford it, this shows that banks who are meant to help you, dont care at all. 'They only care about themselves. Also not to have any communication. I think this is seriously bad service, i will never bank with Nedbank, and I will tell people not to bank with nedbank either. Nedbank i hope you get the point on this.
