Bad services

A friend deposited money for me on friday and the ATM cancelled the transaction but money didn't come and when he asked he was told the system is offline it will be rectified and still today I haven't received those funds and we are told to wait ,I mean I have someone to pay and a debit order that I have to pay ,nedbank Carlton centre this a bad service and the ATM custodian coulf have came and check the ATM money but no I have to wait and I will be charged for unpaid item in the mean time ,while waiting for them taking their sweet time.
