Good day I checked you sent me someone else's statement that's so professional of you and I must trust you with my information.

My amount due is R607.88 and I pay R700 and that is all I can afford and Nedbank has been getting my payments so there is no reason for me to change that as I have done it that way. Will I take this up with Nedbank? @Nedbank please take my account from this company and ask them to stop calling me as I am making payments to my account and you have not given me a reason why you should hand over my account. I do not know how you expect me to trust a company that just sends me someone else's statement? I cant trust this company with my information. As your client, please get my account back.
