Bad Service...Pillar to post

I app**** for a loan late last night on the Money app for an urgent matter that I needed to deal with. I was able to get an alternative funds, now I am calling Nedbank to stop/cancel the contract before funds reflect in my account. The agents keep sending me from one department to another. I need to cancel this urgently....
