Bad service:failed to assist with banking details

I am a frastrated MFC client, its funny how they chase after you when you and in arrears but fail to assist when wanting to settle the debt. What a rude and unfriendly callcenter agent Jeremy who failed to assist me with the banking details to do the transaction.
