Bad Service with no reply on any emails

I have send numerous emails to Nedbank and to the person who were suppose to assist me Francis Cody, the ref nr ***6, today after month and a half and 4 emails that was not answered by her I phoned. She was not available and the guy said she will phone me when she is done with her current call, she never phone me back. Nedbank just don't care about the clients. *** and ***
